  • 30-Day Evaluation Period (Non-EU / Non-UK): For customers outside the EU and UK, we offer an extended 30-day evaluation window starting from the date of delivery. Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee ($170 USD) to cover non-refundable payment processor losses, inspection, and re-handling. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • EU & UK Customers (14-Day Statutory Window): In accordance with local consumer directives, customers in the European Union and United Kingdom have a 14-day statutory evaluation window starting from the date of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • 2-Year Limited Warranty: Every unit is backed by a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, material flaws, and replacement parts.
  • Shipping & Customs: All orders ship directly from Hong Kong SAR. Options for Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping are currently under review and subject to final confirmation. By default, unless a DDP option is offered and selected at final checkout, buyers are responsible for all destination import taxes, VAT, and customs fees.
